Oh my goodness I am so excited!!!! Eeeeeek!!!
Welcome to our 7th challenge and our Christmas Blog Hop and boy have we got a Hop for you!!
Firstly you should have arrived here from
PINKY - if you haven't, please go back to the
TLT CHALLENGE BLOG PAGE to start in the correct order.
As it's the season of goodwill each DT member is giving a gift!
There are 11 prizes to be won as well as this weeks' challenge prize!! WOWEEEE!!!
This weeks' challenge has been chosen by our GD Jovita and she has chosen a brilliant theme...
WINTER WONDERLAND
We haven't displayed our creations on the challenge blog this week as you will see them as you go along the hop, I've not seen any yet either so I'm going to have lots of fun on the hop too!!!!
So you have 2 chances to win a prize; firstly you can enter the Winter Wonderland Challenge and secondly you can take part in the hop. But its a hop with a twist...
... as you go along you will see that each DT member will ask a Question... just answer the question and take a note of the first letter of your answer...
When you have finished, use the first letter of each answer to spell a word - just email us at lcichallengeblog@aol.com with the word you have spelt
Just a little clue ... its a Christmas related word!!
Also you must display the hop banner on your blog - you can grab it from the left hand side of my blog in the side bars.
If you do not have a blog you can still enter please follow the instructions on the main TLT page.
Hope you all have fun - GOOD LUCK!!! If you take part in our Winter Wonderland challenge remember to leave your link on the TLT challenge blog to your project!!!
Now we've got all the rules out of the way, time to see my blog candy on offer...
And I think I've kept you waiting long enough to see my creation for this week so here it is...
I made a 3 layered/step card and tried to create a little scene. The first step features Shadow Cardstock with Dark Denim ribbon finished with swarovski crystals.
The next step features a Powder Blue background and Slate, Frost and Dark Denim tree shapes, with stickles, glamour dust and the gorgeous Nikki image -
Nikki & Buttercup Building a Snowman - I tried to keep colouring to a minimum and use colour blue shades with LOTS of glitter/stickles etc!
Here's a close up of the coloured image...
and one last pic - the sparkle in the dark with just cosy candle light...
So what do you think? Remember one lucky person who leaves a comment below will win the blog candy if they answer the questions correctly and email the correct answer.
So I guess you'll be wanting my question... ok here it goes:
"... had a very shiny nose. And if you ever saw him, you would even say it glows!"
Have fun on the rest of the hop!!!! Enjoy!
