Sorry I've not posted for a while, I've been immensely busy with so many things and to top everything off Grace is poorly yet again! :(
Well, things have been very busy, lots of orders coming in which is fantastic, it feels like the website is starting to get known with people now and I've also pushed advertising. Lots of new products have been added and lets face it, what does every crafter love??? Lots of gorgeous gorgeous goodies, choice and great prices! I've been busy working away at adding more gorgeous goodies and have still got some more to add to the website! I'm also in the process of ordering some new stock too!
Well, Simon, Grace and I went away this last weekend, we had a lovely time away, Sarah (who we stayed with) found this gorgeous park for us to visit and Grace had a fantastic time feeding ducks and swans and running around playing with her ball. We managed to get some shopping done and also sort a few things out for our up coming wedding which is great! I'm so excited, still got a few things to finalise but everything is getting there thankfully!
Grace now has a cold though, her temperature started creeping up yesterday (although it had been quite high since Friday on and off) I'm just hoping it stays as a cold and doesn't develop into anything worse (she's so susceptible to becoming poorly).
I joined the blog hop (had tried and tried to get it to work but had problems!) anyway, I managed to get it to work today thankfully! The only thing is it didn't post the picture so I'm going to have to try and get that sorted :(
Right, I'm off to get the weekend's orders posted and I have lots of work to do!

Yummy Lunch!

OK so I haven't got any crafting pics to post today, I was out most of yesterday. Simon and I rarely get to spend the day together and when we get the opportunity I grab it! So Grace, Simon and I set out to go out to lunch and we then went to a very tiny village inbetween Stratford and Evesham to visit a lady who is helping with something to do with our wedding - a pair of horses and carriage! We met Elsie and Sally, 2 beautiful draught dapple greys mares who are gorgeous, very friendly. They were original born in Romania and used to pull hay carts etc and were then brought over to the UK and have the most amazing life now. So we met them, chose what colour carriage we'd like and then went to Broadway for a look around and drove up to Broadway Tower - on a good day it says you can see over 13 Counties!!! (It was lovely and sunny although a little hazey).
Anyway lunch was incredible! We found this gorgeous Bistro serving a mix of Italian and English food. I had the yummiest tartlet of rocket, sun blush tomatoes and vale of Evesham brie! It was gorgeous. Simon had fish and chips and the fish tasted amazing, very light crispy batter and melting fish, was delicious!
I've added a pic of the tartlet as I thought it looked so good! We were naughty and had pudding, I had this gorgeous chocolate pot, it was divine! The Bistro had only been open for a week but the owners already had 2 restaurants,we met the chef who is Italian and his wife and they were both lovely.
Today mum and I have been sorting out more bits and pieces for the wedding and I'm picking up some flower smaples tomorrow from our florist. It's all coming together now and I'm beginning to get excited, I think it's finally sinking in that its happening!!!

Another gorgeous Day!

It's been a bit of a mixed day however the sun is out and that always seems to brighten everything. I had some orders to do this morning, the new Bo Bunny and MME is selling very well - I think you all have good taste! I've spent some of the morning doing some chores around the house - isn't it great to be able to hang out the washing! I always love the smell of freshly dried and aired laundry! I then had a few phonecalls to make and was on the phone a lot longer than intended - oops!!! Oh well, it's always good to have a good old natter on the phone. I learnt a little and had a good catch up. Grace is much better today thankfully. I'm so relieved that the antiobiotics seem to be working well - it's a big relief!

This is a card I made for a friend's Birthday recently. I used Bo Bunny Spring Jewels Papers which you can buy by clicking the link there are also coordinating brads, flowers and pink punch buttons too. Some of the Double Dot Cardstock coordinates well with this range too! I added some Bazzill from the Dusty Rose and used the Birthday Nikki Stamp by Ladybug Crafts Ink lovely!

I'll be busy this evening adding some new Hero Arts stamps to the website and I also have lots of prima pearls to add!

Oh I'm off to make a rhubarb crumble, I bought some very fresh local rhubarb today from a village store - yummmmmmy! Oh and Annette has very kidly sent me some images of cards to add to the gallery on the website - thank you! :)

The ribbon will be on the website soon too! x

What a Lovely Weekend!!

I can't believe it's been a few days since I posted - oops, sorry! I've had a very busy few days, lots of work, still got some new products to add to the website and Grace has been poorly again - just  for a change (not) tonsilitis yet again *sigh*. Looking after Gracie these last few days has held up work a bit as like all children when they're poorly they just want to cuddle and want you close by.

I made this card a few weeks ago. I love the Spring warm bright colours. I used a Ruby Fairy stamp by Ladybug Crafts Ink (Flower Ruby) and a Thank You sentiment also by Ladybug Crafts Ink. You can view the gorgeous range of stamps HERE
I also used the gorgeous Cottage Linens Paper by Bo Bunny and some coordinating yellow Bazzill. The ribbon will also be for sale on the website shortly too! I was a little annoyed with myself, I forgot to add glitter to the edge of her dress, oh well, her wings got covered!

We went over to my Mum and Dad's this afternoon - our first BBQ of the year and it was delicious although it was a tad cold! Hope you've all had a lovely weekend x

Lace flowers any one???

Hi Everyone,
I hope you've all had an enjoyable Easter, my Dad is home from hospital and is doing very well. I 'm not sure how he's going to get on not being able to do much though and he might drive mum mad (she's on Easter hols!)
We didn't do much this weekend at all. I've been so busy adding more new stock to the website and I also created my first article for the website and adding it tonight (see the link above). I hope people can follow it well and have fun making your own lace flowers. You can see the fantastic lace we have for sale on the website by clicking the link below.

I'm off to bed now, been busy trying to make some wedding invites and organise stock and print off my orders to do tomorrow.

Layout Update...

Well, I've had another really busy day not getting done all that I wanted to but I've actually finished the layout for the magazine!!!!!! I have to say I'm really really pleased with the result. I'll have to check it tomorrow and have another look at it. It needs to look really really good and have that oooooooooooh and wow and ahhhhhh about it, enough to inspire people to make something similar or to use ideas from it or to maybe buy some of the gorgeous products I've used. Fingers crossed the magazine like it too!!!! I'm so excited but nervous at the same time!!!

Well, I finally got my kitchen back today (we'd moved furniture in there yesterday in order to have the carpet fitted). I've spent the afternoon moving stuff back in, sorting out ribbons and more ribbons oh and stamps too, doing orders and posting them and entertaining a very cuddly Grace, I'm hoping she's not coming down with anything, she often gets very very cuddly when she's poorly. (Fingers crossed!)

I've another busy day again tomorrow. Its Simon's Birthday and I'm also going to see my dad. Bless him, he's been up and about walking today and had physio etc. I'm just hoping he's not pushing himself too much and is following doctors' orders (he's not one for sitting still!)
Anyhow.... it's lamost 2am and I'm shattered!!! Night all x
